Purvanchal Auto Scrap & Recycling Centre is a government-authorized vehicle scrapping facility located in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh. We specialize in the eco-friendly dismantling, recycling, and disposal of End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs) as per the guidelines of the National Vehicle Scrappage Policy, 2021.

We are proud to be part of India’s Voluntary Vehicle-Fleet Modernization Program (V-VMP), ensuring that unfit, polluting vehicles are removed from the roads, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable future.

Criteria for Scrapping of Vehicles

  • Unregistered Vehicles

    Vehicles that have not renewed their Registration Certificate (RC) as per Rule 52 of the CMVR, 1989.

  • Unfit Vehicles

    Vehicles that have failed the fitness test and have not received a valid fitness certificate, as per Section 62 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

  • Accidental or Damaged Vehicles

    Vehicles that have been damaged due to fire, riots, natural disasters, accidents, or other calamities, where the owner self-certifies them as scrap.

  • Government and State-Owned Vehicles

    Vehicles owned by government or state authorities that have been declared obsolete, surplus, or beyond economic repair.

  • Auctioned Vehicles

    Vehicles that have been bought through auctions specifically for scrapping purposes.

  • Manufacturing Rejects & Test Vehicles

    Manufacturing rejects Test vehicles and prototypes Vehicles damaged during transportation from OEMs to dealers Certified by the Vehicle Manufacturer for scrapping.
